You are cordially invited to a lecture by Prof. Dr. Suren Avakian taking place at the July 2, 2010 at 11:00 at the Juridicum – Dachgeschoss. Suren Avakian will present his thoughts on the current state of the constitution of the Russian Federation and on reforms of Russian constitutional law.

In particular, he will focus on political parties, developments in electoral law, protection of spheres of interest of people, access to information and the state of federalism and the system of state organs.
